— [ENG-METHOD] Delivery Protocol

How We Work

Our disciplined six-stage methodology ensures deterministic results, clear milestones, and complete operational transparency.

01

Discovery

Stage 01

We audit your existing technical infrastructure, data schemas, API endpoints, and organizational workflows to define project parameters and identify security constraints.

Deliverables Produced
System inventory audit
API access matrix
Technical project scope document
02

Business Process Analysis

Stage 02

Our consultants analyze operational bottlenecks, quantify manual overhead, and map data dependencies to establish verifiable performance metrics for automation.

Deliverables Produced
Process flow diagrams
Bottleneck analysis report
Automation ROI projection
03

AI Architecture

Stage 03

We design the technical architecture, selecting optimal model providers, data vectorization pipelines, security boundaries, and custom middleware configurations.

Deliverables Produced
Technical architecture blueprint
System sequence diagrams
Security protocol documentation
04

Integration

Stage 04

Our engineers construct the custom middleware, connect enterprise databases, implement API integrations, and deploy intelligent workflow logic in a staging environment.

Deliverables Produced
Functional middleware code
Staging deployment verification
Integration logs
05

Testing

Stage 05

We execute end-to-end integration tests, load testing, latency benchmarking, and edge-case validation to verify accuracy, reliability, and security compliance.

Deliverables Produced
Validation test results
Benchmark latency metrics
User acceptance signoff document
06

Optimization & Documentation

Stage 06

We fine-tune operational throughput, transfer full source code and manifests, conduct administrator training, and deliver comprehensive operational documentation.

Deliverables Produced
Production deployment manifests
Administrator runbooks
Complete source code repository

Service Delivery Policy

Our service delivery framework establishes clear contractual boundaries, protecting both parties through transparent scoping, verified milestones, and defined technical responsibilities.

1. Consulting Scoping & Project Amendments

All consulting engagements are governed by an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) defining technical scope, milestone schedules, and acceptance criteria. Any alteration to system integrations, architecture changes, or additional workflow requests requires a written Project Amendment signed by both Red Moon Software LLC and the client prior to engineering work commencing.

2. Delivery Milestones & Verification

Services are delivered according to predefined milestone stages. Upon completion of each stage, Red Moon Software LLC provides written notification alongside verification artifacts (test suites, code repositories, or audit reports). The client has five (5) business days to inspect deliverables and provide written acceptance or documented technical deficiencies based on the SOW criteria.

3. Project Deliverables & Handover

Deliverables encompass documented code repositories, system schematics, integration documentation, and administrative runbooks as specified in the engagement package. Ownership of custom software modules transfers upon receipt of final milestone payment, while proprietary pre-existing Red Moon Software automation tooling remains licensed under non-exclusive terms.

4. Client Responsibilities & System Access

Timely project execution requires the client to provide necessary API credentials, sandbox testing environments, database schema documentation, and designated technical liaison contacts within agreed timeframes. Delays arising from withheld technical access or delayed client feedback may adjust downstream delivery schedules accordingly.

5. Third-Party AI Services & API Dependencies

Client acknowledges that AI solutions may interface with third-party infrastructure (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS). Red Moon Software LLC does not control external service uptime, API pricing revisions, model deprecations, or rate limits imposed by third-party providers. Client maintains direct billing relationships with third-party API providers unless explicitly structured otherwise.
